Inkbox tattoo

Beauty, Blog

Hello, again Y’all! I hope you’ve been having a great week! Sorry, I wasn’t able to get this post up and running by Friday…but here it is and I hope you enjoy!

Y’all I’m so excited to finally be writing this post! It feels like months since I first ordered my kit.  I want to start off by promising you guys one thing, and that is to never share an item/ product that I have not tried and to always give you my honest opinion.  I hope you find it helpful and enjoy this post! Also, as always DM me or leave a comment below if you have any questions or comments! I love hearing from you!

I will start with a little background. I have always wanted to get a tattoo. My dream is to get “live your dream” written in cursive on my right wrist. However, I’m not totally sure I can handle the pain and I tend to change my mind… like a LOT. Anyone else like this? So my fear was that I was going to get this awesome tattoo and be completely in love with it, but then a few months later I would want it gone.

That’s why I was so excited when a friend told me about this semi-permanent tattoo company called Inkbox. They are the answer to all of your tattoo dilemmas.  The application process is so easy and it lasts for 8-12 days. I think what I loved most about this product is that it is super easy to apply and it actually looks like a real tattoo!

I also loved the fact that they had so many tattoos to choose from! Their selection ranges from flowers ( or pictures) to words (like the one above), but if you have a particular tattoo in mind you can customize your own! Which personally I thought was pretty cool.

Just to let you know, when you first apply the tattoo the ink will appear lighter than it actually will be. Within 24-36 hours the ink will grow darker and so pretty much by the next day you will have a very real looking semi-permanent tattoo. I applied mine around 3:00 pm and by the morning (around 8:00 am) the ink had grown significantly darker.

Also, I’m sorry there are no pictures of the actual application process my “photographer” (AKA my brother) wasn’t home when I applied it and I was too excited to wait. I’m thinking of ordering another one so I promise to take more pics with that if you want! I hope this was helpful for you guys if you have any questions feel free to leave a comment below or DM me on Instagram!

XO,

Liv
