New Year’s Eve Outfit Inspo

Happy Friday everyone! I’m sorry I wasn’t able to get this post up yesterday at my normal time it just took me a little longer then I thought to get this post up and running, but here it is. I hope you enjoy!

Below I included five different outfit options for any New Years events you may have. Now, I want to start off by saying that all the outfits below can be thought of as templates and can easily be recreated with pieces from your closet. To make it easier for you to recreate the outfit I included some tips for each outfit, but if there’s a piece that you’re wanting I did include a link to the corresponding number in the picture for you. I hope you enjoy!

If you are looking for a more casual NYE outfit this and the next outfit would be perfect!  You can never go wrong with a simple pair of slacks and a velvet top. If velvet is not your thing you can always pair a lace or patterned blouse with slacks and pumps and still look amazing!

This would work as another great option if you are needing something more casual. I know many people will disagree but I think mixing prints is cute (if done properly). In this case, thought pairing a simple plaid (or plain) cami underneath a checkered poncho would look so cute! Never be afraid to mix your patterns and be bold. Take risks and experiment with your clothes!

I’ve never been a huge sparkly person but when I saw these adorable skirts at ASOS I fell in love! You can easily wear a sweater, cami, or tee with a blingy skirt. My advice when wearing such a sparkly bottom is to pair it with a more subdued top otherwise the outfit will become to busy and you will get lost in the ensemble.

My style has definitely grown to be more simple and classic looking and so this would be my go-to NYE outfit!  I know many people think wearing a simple white tee with a nice skirt doesn’t work, however, I think it looks absolutely adorable! If a simple tee is not your style you can pair either a cami or a sweater with a colored silk skirt. If you end up wearing a simple top I would suggest going bold with your shoe! Either animal print pumps or something with a sparkle (like number 5) would look cute!

When I think of NYE this is the outfit that I think of! I am absolutely loving velvet for this holiday season. When wearing a simple dress like this I always love wearing a bold earing with it or a bolder shoe. I am totally obsessed with earrings #4 and if you purchase them I would love to see!

I also just want to reiterate that when I share these types of inspiration posts I don’t want Y’all to feel like you have to purchase the pieces I talk about. My hope is simply that you are able to find inspiration and help when planning outfits! Have a wonderful Holiday!

Make sure to check out my Holiday outfit inspo post for more inspiration! Also, this will be my last post of the year but make sure to check back in January because I have some awesome content planned for y’all! Happy holidays!!

XO,

Liv
